About PSYClinks

PSYClinks is an online resource to help YOU

efficiently find information about mental health topics.

PSYClinks is a simple and efficient resource for anyone searching for mental health and psychological information. Mental health professionals utilize PSYClinks to help their patients, as well as their patients' families and friends, find the information needed to support their treatments and progress in therapy.

Nearly one in five adults suffer from a mental illness (NIMH). It is likely that you, or someone you know, suffers from a mental illness. An important component to therapy is providing educational material to the patient and his or her support system to better understand the origin, symptoms, treatments and possible outcomes of therapeutic choices (NCBI). Although the links you will find here cannot replace or equate to the psychoeducation you obtain in therapy with a qualified mental health professional, we believe that PSYClinks is a great starting point and can assist you and  your therapist in finding helpful information.

Please check back frequently as we plan to add more links to important topics including learning disabilities, grief and loss, mindfulness, relationships, and parenting.

Importantly, we want to hear from you!

Please go to our Connect with Us! page and send us feedback—on what we can do better and what we are doing well—to help us better help you.
